ever wondered if the way you do triceps extension is right?
in this video, I cover 5 variables that you can play with to challenge your triceps push-down workout in different ways.
1_ your distance from the cable machine
2_ where you put the pin
3_ degree or level of internal/external rotation of the shoulder
4_ degree or level of flexion/extension of the shoulder
5_whether you supinate or pronate your hand
due to the fact that combining these variables is a long discussion, I did not go through them in this video. just be aware that some of these combinations do not work with each other(example given at the end). so if something feels uncomfortable in the joints, probably it is not suitable for you.
