although working a muscle from different angles is a great way, sometimes you should aim to train it through its full range of motion. of course it is hard to do that with some muscles like glutes but in this video i am going to explain a great method to target the glutes with full range of motion. this exercise is going to exhaust your glutes and is really going to help you to strengthen it and create a well formed bum!
