shoulder raise with cable machine and resistance band

it’s always a good idea to target a muscle from different angles and challenge it in its different lengths. the main three variations given in this video are going to be the same as the dumbbell variation that I put the link in the video.

one of the best supersets that I like to perform is lateral raise with dumbbell + lateral raise with a resistance band. make sure the elbow is slightly bent and avoid any external or internal rotation of the shoulder. also do not bend the wrist and keep it steady.
