one note that I did not mention in the video but is obvious is the fact you should remain on your toes, not your entire surface of the feet.

also the higher you bring the bar, it requires less shoulder flexion and therefore less tension on the shoulder joint, so if you have problems in your shoulder, bring it higher, but do not bring it too much up since it is going to be the opposite, while also not doing anything for triceps anymore.

it goes without saying that your wrist and neck must not get bent during the exercise.
